Parents, have you had any of the following issues?
• Making parents jump though hoops to get approved?
• Terminating and reinstating your child care contracts every other week?
• Requesting payments and then billing you again because of slow book keeping?
• Not returning phone calls?
• Changing contracted work hours a month or later after it has past?
Day Care Centers or Home Care Providers, have you had any of the following issues?
• Over two months late or non-payments for services rendered?
• Excessive junk mail?
• Having attendance sheets returned again and again for reasons like the color of ink used or sign in/out times off by 5 minutes?
• Paying far below standard market rates?
• Intrusive facility inspections?
• Will your program ever be good enough for them?
